We cannot schedule your appointment until we have received the booking fee.

The booking fee of $100 is necessary to hold your appointment. The booking fee will be applied to the total cost of your appointment on the day of the appointment. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, we retain the right to keep the booking fee. The booking fee is non-refundable.
Once you have completed the checkout process, Yamilex will be in contact with you to provide you with details about getting established and choosing a day and time that works for you to come to our clinic or schedule a virtual appointment.
